Very satisfied. The thrust is strong, at the highest speed it hit my gums until the blood was bleeding. I use the 2nd out of 5 speeds. The gaps are very narrow, even with a thread it is difficult to clean, it's just space, one minute everything is removed from under the crowns. I don't like the design, but the functionality is luxurious!
